2026 SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

The Sacramento Chapter of ICC (Chapter) requires financial support to defray the costs of training, website maintenances as well as other management and banking costs, and food and beverage costs.

A significant revenue source is a sponsorship program that provides benefits to sponsors for events, annually, and on the website. Due to a small paid member roll, the Chapter relies on profits from seminar registrations and sponsorships to cover and subsidize the cost of certain activities, for example, the attendance fee at the annual installation dinner. In order to promote participation, the chapter is not aggressive in membership and allows employees of member organizations and jurisdictions to receive chapter benefits.

• Annual Financial Sponsorship provides recognition of the chapter website, correspondence, and the annual installation event. Additionally, the sponsorship provides tickets to in-person annual installation events.
• Event sponsorships may be in the form of food and beverage or financial sponsorship at a particular event. Benefits include free registration to the event as well as a sponsor table/booth at the event.

Three tiers of annual sponsorship are available: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, each with a different cost and benefits.

2026 SILVER BENEFITS - $2,500.00 

•    Company logo on our sponsor banner at each general membership meeting
•    Logo placement on all SVABO announcements/communications
•    Priority for event sponsorship (lunch, snack, classes, etc.)
•    2 tickets to SVABO’s annual Installation Dinner and Awards
•    Company logo on SVABO’s website (running ticker)
•    Right to use SVABO Supporting Partner logo in company collateral

SVABO Annual Education Institute Sponsor

One of our busiest and most popular events is the annual SVABO Education Institute. Education Institute sponsors will enjoy these services:  
COST: Full week for $2,000 
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT: Sponsor priority. First come first serve for the remaining spaces. This is subject to change once all registration information is submitted.  
LUNCH: Each registration for the full event includes two (2) lunches. Additional lunches may be purchased. Price of additional lunches is at cost.  
CANCELLATION POLICY: Written notification of cancellation must be received thirty (30) days prior to the start of the program for a 75% refund of the total exhibitor registration fee. All cancellations after this date are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable and are responsible for the full registration fee. 

Other Education Institute Sponsorship Opportunities: 
If sponsors wish to claim priority, requests must be in writing no later than 45 days before the event. 
Wi-Fi Sponsor: $2,000 for the week (one spot available) 
Meal Sponsor: $500 for breakfast or lunch  
Break Sponsor: $500 for morning or afternoon break 
Vendor Advertisement/Handouts: $500 per meal - SVABO staff will hand out your company’s advertisement and or company products (swag bags) at a pre-determined meal. Attendees will receive your brand and exclusive correspondence. Sponsor provides materials/products.  

Regular Class Sponsorship: $500 per class- Logo placement on all SVABO announcements/communications for the class sponsored (not the Education Institute)
